📜 Terms & Conditions – Aapshs Reunion
By registering for the Aapshs Reunion Event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Event Registration
All participants must complete the registration process and pay any applicable registration fees.
Registration confirmation is subject to successful payment and approval by Aapshs.
Registration fees are non-refundable, except in special circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy.
2. Participant Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructions provided by the event organizers.
Aapshs reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, offensive, or unsafe behavior without a refund.
3. Event Changes
Aapshs reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of cancellation, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to attend the rescheduled event.
4. Merchandise & Souvenirs (If Applicable)
Any event-related merchandise or memorabilia is sold separately and is subject to availability.
Merchandise returns or replacements are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, images, logos, and materials related to Aapshs Reunion are the intellectual property of Aapshs.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without prior written consent.
6. Liability
Aapshs is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event, except where caused by gross negligence of the organizers.
Participants attend the event at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.
7. Photography & Media
Photographs, videos, and other media may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
By attending, participants consent to the use of their image or likeness in event-related materials.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Any disputes arising from participation in the reunion event shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
📦 Delivery & Access
For any event-related materials or merchandise:
Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 5 working days.
Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 10 working days.
Any unforeseen delays will be communicated to participants in advance.
For online resources or digital confirmations (such as e-tickets or registration confirmation):
Access will be provided within 24 hours of confirmed registration and payment.
